Hi all, running an SL project on SumTotal. Some screens my bottom background graphic disappears, and on other screens text has "moved" on the screen like the screen coordinates for the text field have changed. I'll try to insert a photo below. Here several underlying graphics of call center people and customers are missing and text should not appear over my custom player. Thanks for any insights! Kevin
Does this only happen after you upload to your LMS? If so, have you viewed the project previously through the same URL (for example, updated the content then uploaded and overwriting the content on the server)? If so, it may be a caching issue.
It may help to clear your web browser cache, or try testing in a different web browser.
If that doesn't help, it may be a good idea to test the project on a different server:
I suggest using SCORM Cloud for your course - it's a great place to test SCORM content.
Another option would be to use ourTempshareserver. Just keep in mind that this server is only available for testing content - it is not officially supported by Articulate and all content will be removed automatically after 10 days.
You're always welcome to try outArticulate Online, as well - it's available for a free 30 day trial.
If you don't see the same behavior when testing outside of the LMS, this is likely an LMS-specific issue, and you will want to generate debug logsand supply them to your LMS Provider for additional troubleshooting.
If you see the same behavior, please share your .story file here. We could take a look and see what's happening.
Thanks so much, Christine. A lot of what you said is what I've already said to my client, but I'll forward the other info as well. Much appreciated! Kevin

Bump. Surely someone has seen this issue before and can offer some thoughts... Thanks.
