Windows 10 Tablet Storyline 360 issues: zoom / Try again

I wanted to advise we have had issues with some Storyline functionality on Windows 10 tablet.

Spec: Fujitsu Q509 LTE

Zoom picture - doesn't work

Screen recording - Try Mode again - Try again layers - locks up the screen. Pressing 'Continue' does not close the layer and let the learner advance

Tried both using the Modern and Classic player to no avail

The Android-based tablets worked well but a business decision meant that the Windows tablets were purchased.

We had to spend time reworking our modules. I couldn't find these limitations noted anywhere. Has anyone else experienced this at all?

I tested on I.E Edge and Chrome

Which Storyline 360 update are you using? Click on the Help tab, then About Storyline.
Is the course hosted on a web server or an LMS?
If you can share the .story file for testing, that would help us greatly. We'll test it in a similar environment and delete it after. If that works, send it along by using this private upload link.
