Hello there! I am trying to insert a WMV file that was created from Go To Meeting. I can get it inserted however when I attempt to preview the file, I receive an error saying that storyline had an error...do I want to check for solutions or close the program.
Any ideas what the issue could be? I have tried to reformat the video (which is an mp4) and the quality diminishes. Any help is appreciated.
