Won't publish with notes

In Articulate 360 Storyline, I have a quite large slide set with notes that were originally imported as a Powerpoint file. I need to get (publish) a Word file with slide screenshots and notes. I select Publish and Word, keep the Notes box checked, and it generates a Word file, but containing only the first few slides, not the entire slide set.

When I uncheck the Notes option under Publish - Word, I get a Word file with all the slide screenshots, but of course no notes.

The notes appear on black background and black text in Storyline, which is silly, but not much of a problem for me. But I need the Word file with screen shots and notes.
