Word replacement
Aug 21, 2013
Good day. Is there an easy way to replace a word with a new word every place it is found through the story? For example, the headder on all of my slides in the scene is "baton de défénse" this word appears all throughout the story and I want to replace it with "baton téléscopique" every where it is found through the story. Is there an easier way to do this rather than going through each individual slide and changing each instance manually (provided I don't over look one).
Thanks for your help

Graham;
It is kind of hidden but the find and replace is in there.
In slide view on the home tab you will see Find Text with a pair of binoculars in the middle of the screen. The replace button is on the popup box that comes up.

No problem Graham;
I just started a Masters program in Learning and Technology and there are a number of Canadian forces training staff in it.
Amazingly smart people.
have a great day,

Oh, and as an added "bonus" for anyone who loves shortcuts keys, CTRL+F also displays that Find window. I use that one, like many of them, in a variety of applications and even in browsers. Oh, and it also works in Story View.
Tx, all!
That's one of my all-time favorites...I use it everywhere
Thanks for sharing Becky!
