Wordpress Articulate plugin - more than 3 uploads?
Jun 23, 2016
Hi everyone,
I am using the wordpress articulate plugin and seem to have used up my 3 free uploads. I only have one document on my wordpress site, but I made repeated edits to it before I was happy and each re-upload counted towards my 3 uploads and now I have to get the premium version.
The FAQs on the plugin says I could "always click on the Content Library tab to delete content items to re-enable the upload functionality. " What does this mean? And where do I find this content library tab?

Thanks for your help!

Hi Aarti,
The "Content Library" tab is at the top of the screen when you are uploading your content:
Then, select the item you want to delete:
Keep in mind that this plugin is not supported by Articulate. You can contact the plugin author here:

Thank you Brian, that solved my problem! And what do you mean by the plug-n isn't supported by articulate? Seemed to work for me for my SL2 file.
Hi Aarti,
Brian just is referring to the fact that this isn't an official Articulate product and not something that our team can offer support around if it's not working as expected. You're welcome to continue to seek help in the community as well.
Ah, got it :) Thanks Ashley!
Aarti,
Use an FTP program to upload your Storyline project to a directory on your WP server and ignore the WP admin tools. Then in your WP interface create a link to your Storyline directory. (its old school but works).
Thanks for passing that suggestion along, M! Hopefully it will be helpful to others, as well.
