When we submit results to the LMS, there is a column for score, even
if we don't have and scored questions. However, it automatically fills
that with a 0%. Is there a way to submit results as 100% no matter what?
I've adjusted the variables that are created with a results slide to 100, but that didn't work. User score still showed 0%.
Setting the tracking to page views doesn't work either, as the column in the LMS still scores it as 0%.
We can't get rid of that column, and another column shows that the activity is completed, we think some users may be thrown by seeing a 0%, hence why we would like it to read 100%.
If you're publishing SCORM, you have the option to choose which type of reporting you want for your course. If you change it to Completed/Incompleted, it should give you a score 100% in your LMS. That's been my experience, using Litmos.
Another option that may be worth a try is to have one quiz question in your project, e.g. a True/False question that is automatically set to True and this score (which is always 100%) is then reported. See a quick example attached.

Thanks Todd. We're actually using that setting, and it still comes across as 0% (we're using Sum Total).
