Thanks all for sending the link, although the serial number shouldn't be a required field, but if you have it you're welcome to include it. Also, if you haven't yet submitted the request, please provide as much detail as possible about how you'd want it to work and behave as that'll help our development team in best understanding your needs. :-)
Review My Elearning is a review tool from Builtclean that when used with a storyline projects allows your reviewers to type in their comments, this gives you a report with scene and slide numbers. There is a free trial, I have used for a few months now and it streamlines my reviews.

Thank you everyone.
Just had a simple request which is ability to insert slide number.
Benny, you might like to check out this post on numbering via the menu as well as this golden oldie.
Hopefully something in there to help you for now.
We tried that before. But unfortunately we have branching all over places. It can get complicated. Thank you for the tips, Simon.
Yep, complex branching can make slide numbering impossible. Do you absolutely have to include numbering in this example?

With complex branching I find slide numbers become meaningless. May be better to have a progress metre or something similar
The slide number can be meaningless, but it can be helpful when you would like the SMEs to QA and identify which slides that need to be modified.
Have you looked at review my elearning this will pull the slide and scene number
Phil, I don't understand. Can you elaborate more? Thanks.
