Has anyone run into an issue where incorrect graphics display the first time a slide is visited and then the correct one is displayed on revisiting or reloading the browser? This is after the latest update and is across SL files when viewed on a Windows laptop.
I haven't run into that issue with SL files but I have with various websites. It's related to the browser pulling in previous versions from what's in the cache. Reloading forces the browser to display the updated file.
I cleared my cache and closed/reopened my browser and now initially get this image. The images getting displayed aren't from previous versions of the slide. They're from different slides entirely. This happens when I publish locally, btw.

Thanks! I'll clear my cache and try again.

Alas. That's what's politely referred to as "unexpected behavior." I suggest you try republishing (and, yes, it's best to do that locally). If that doesn't solve the problem, you can contact Articulate support here: Articulate 360 - Contact Support for Help with Any Articulate E-Learning Course Development Software
I've republished several times to no avail. I thought that I'd post here first, but it looks like I need to contact Articulate.
Thanks for the help.

Thanks for contacting the support team, Joe. I'm glad that Luiza was able to help.
Leslie,
Actually, I figured out the problem and sent Luiza the solution. 😉
Below is what I sent to her.
She then sent me some great information about importing svg’s.

Luiza,
I figured the problem out.
When I brought in images as .svg's from PowerPoint I ran into issues. Once I replaced the .svg's with .png's everything worked correctly.
Passing this on in case you run into this issue again.
