That is odd how the resume buttons are disappearing when resizing your browser window. A couple of questions as we dive in here:
When viewing your course, is it reviewed locally or uploaded to the intended environment it was published for?
Does this happen in a specific browser or any browser?

Thanks for following up and great call to get that case started! I see my teammate, Vevette, was able to test your file and confirm the bug you were running into where in the Classic Player, the Prompt to Resume buttons are hidden when the browser is resized, making it smaller.
We'll be sure to reach out and let you know as soon as a fix is in place!

1. I have tested the file locally only. As, it had issues, we haven't uploaded it in any platform.
2. It happened in all the browsers - Chrome, IE and Firefox.
