Ashley Terwilliger-Pollard Staff almost 10 years ago05/22/14 at 8:41 am (UTC) Hi Dan, Here's how you would deactivate Storyline from one device - but if it's still showing as activated on both of your devices, yet you can't access it from the reinstalled PC - you may also need to check in with our Support team for additional assistance.
