Using Articulate 360 and embedding the YT link into the training works ok, however when the course starts/plays in the LMS, it doesn't auto-start as a normal MP4 file would without the user clicking the play button.
Hi Haider! Check out this article on adding YouTube videos and optional parameters to the code. It's a Flash-only parameter, but you can add an autoplay option. In HTML5 output, learners will be required to play the video themselves.
Hi Stefan! It's a Flash-only parameter at this time, but thanks for letting us know you have a need for it in HTML5! I'll pass along your feature request to our team.
Thanks for reaching out! No updates to share on this yet, but I appreciate you letting us know you have a need for autoplay on Youtube videos and will pop back in here when there's any news to share!
Hi Ren - for accessibility purposes we require embedded youtube videos to trigger to play when pressing a key. Do you know if there is anyway to enable this or is it related to this autoplay issue with HTML5 YT objects?

Is there any chance to get autoplay for a youtube video with HTML5 output?

Hi Natalie!
I'm happy to step in! To interact with a YouTube Video on a slide, you'll either need to press the video using a mouse or tab to the Play button.
There isn't a way to trigger an embedded YouTube video. Please let me know if you have additional questions! We're happy to help.
