Can't wait for Toronto and Vancouver events! Looking forward to seeing the Canadian peeps! :)
Looking forward to the Vancouver one - Nicole/Tom let us west coasters know if we can help further.
Are we supposed to bring our laptops. I thought I read it somewhere?
Hi Daniela & Holly (fellow Vancouverites),
yes , the info regarding the laptops is in the registration confirmation - "Bring your own laptop along to participate in the hands-on workshop.(Be sure to bring a power cord and/or extra batteries.)".
Looking forward to participating and connecting!
Hi! Do you know when the content of each presentor (Toronto roadshow) will be available for those who attended? Also, where can I find the survey to join a user group? I am in Montreal and I am hoping there is a group here I can join or maybe one can be created? :) Thanks!
Hi Veronique. Here's a link to download a folder with all the content for each presenter (please note a few presenters did not have any content to share): http://articulate-heroes-authoring.s3.amazonaws.com/Nicole/Events/Toronto2015/All-Files.zip
We did have a survey for a Toronto User Group at the event, but it was specific for the Toronto group, for example had questions about where in Toronto to meet up, etc.
However, you might want to check out this article: Boost Your E-Learning Skills and Connect with E-Learning Heroes In Your Town and fill out the form available there to let us know you're interested in MTL group.
Also, this discussion: Join an Articulate User Group has a comment from community member Michel Beraud who's also in Montreal and interested in starting a user group there. Maybe he'd be a good person to reach out to (through the Contact feature in the profiles). Additionally, if you're interested in hosting one yourself, let me know and I can help you get it coordinated and maybe even take part in a few meetings since I speak French and Montreal is just a short drive up the road from me in Ottawa.
Thanks for the quick reply and all the information!
No problem, Veronique. We're also considering extending the Canadian roadshows to Montreal next year. If we do, I'll be sure to let you know!
Hi, anything planned for Europe?
When will you have a list of topics for the roadshow?
@Janice: the info on that page was 3 years old. I updated it with our current scheduled sessions. We're also looking at adding a couple of more.
Thank you for the quick response!
What is the address of the Seattle Conference? I cannot seem to find it anywhere!
It is actually in Bellevue:
Puget Sound Energy, Auditorium
355 110th Avenue NE
Bellevue, WA 98004
re: Seattle event next week, I am sending an email to attendees today with details.
Look forward to seeing you there.
Can't wait for the London session. Is there a way I can sign up to get notified of updates when the details are out?
The blog always has the most recent details. They're always on the bottom.
Any updates for Edinburgh 2019?

Hi Tom,
I see the upcoming Roadshows listed on the blog, but wondered if you yet know about planned events beyond April 2020? I'm interested in attending a roadshow this year if additional events are planned.
Thanks for clarifying,
Ashley
Hello Ashley, we're working on dates for 2020+. Not sure where and when until we get confirmation of availability.
What major city are you close to?
Hi Tom,
Charlotte, NC, Washington, DC, and Atlanta, GA aren't too far away. Although, based on what I've heard from others who have attended a Roadshow, it's worth traveling to, so I would be interested in any such events planned for this year in North America.
Thanks!
Ashley
I think we'll probably be in one of those markets.
That's good to know, Tom--thanks! Would you mind posting here, please, once you have additional 2020 dates and locations nailed down?
Hi Tom
Do you think you'll be running an online style of roadshow? Im from Melbourne AUS and I know the event was originally to be held in April, moved to October? However, I'd be keen on an online format...
