Hello, I love the view subscription in the profile page. However, I just discovered the auto subscription feature that goes with every comment made. I located where to turn it off in the profile page. Is there a way to do it manually for every comment? Is there a way to manage subscriptions like unsusbcribe from a particular article or discussion?
Thanks for the question! Yes, you can opt to subscribe manually to an article or a discussion. Just click "Subscribe" at the top right of the page.
To unsubscribe, you can just click that button again and it will change from "Subscribed" to "Subscribe".
You can also go the Subscriptions tab in your profile and manage your subscriptions from there. If you mouse over a discussion or article, you'll see the option to unsubscribe.
I have a different but related issue: I'm not receiving emails from my subscribed posts. I can see my subscriptions list when I go to my profile, and I do get auto-subscribed to posts when I comment, but I never get any emails. I have the right email address entered as my Articulate ID. Do I need to enter it somewhere else as well?
Hi Terry! I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem. Is it possible those emails are getting caught in some kind of junk mail folder or spam filter?
If not, could you try temporarily changing to another email address to see if you get the emails with a different account?
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, I didn't receive a notification that you had commented. :)
Emails are not being sent to a junk folder. I have updated my articulate id to be my gmail account. Can you please respond to this thread and see if I receive your response?
Yes, I did get the notification emails to my gmail account. I have switched back to my preferred email, and contacted our IT dept. to make sure that some articulate emails are not being blocked.
Thanks.. and one more response would be appreciated. :)
Hi Terry! Here's your re-test. I also did confirm in our email app that we're sending you Epiphanies each week. So hopefully your IT folks can get you sorted out! Please just let me know if there's anything I can do to help.
Hi Kelly... I think our IT dept sorted it out - I have 60+ emails to go through now! I'll watch for more responses and I'm looking forward to seeing what Epiphanies are. :)
I'm getting all the replies now, but I don't see any Epiphanies - can you tell me if they come from a different email or with a certain subject? He said he added the domain articulate.com to the whitelist.

HOORAY! So glad you'll be getting the emails. And please don't hesitate to let me know if I can help with anything else.

Ah, that might be a small problem! They come from epiphanies@elearningheroes.com. Can you ask him to add elearningheroes.com as well?
Thanks Kelly! I'm looking forward to catching up on some of this reading. :)
