Can anyone help with states and drag and drop objects

I am trying to create a log in prompt based off of a software simulation for a course I am working on.  The problem i am facing is that the customer want the window to act just like the software would work on windows.  They want the window to be able to be dragged around the stage.  I have that part figured out the problem i am facing is to have the window be dragable i had to group all of the objects on the window and it works except for the user id selection which selects both ID's when i drag the window, the same goes for the hotspots or buttons i create to mimic the OK and Cancel buttons.  I attached  a graphic and the story file if anyone has an idea on how to correct this issue i will be eternally grateful.
