I have a single package that has two options for learning one for clinical and one for non-clinical. They both have a quiz with mainly the same questions but a couple of different ones. The problem is when I come to publish it I can seem to only be able to select one results slide to trigger completion on the LMS - is there a way that I am able to use both result slide without having to split the training into two packages.

Perhaps something you can consider is to use a third results slide, which can calculate the total results from your 2 other Results slide and give you one final cumulative score. Then you can just use this one final Result slide to send the results to your LMS.
