E-Learning Heroes Needs a contact mailbox to report broken links

May 02, 2024

I have occasionally experienced moved content/broken links within articles on the heroes website. The contact support option assumes you have a problem with your product, but doesn't allow me to easily report to you if I've found a broken link at your website that isn't rendering the recommended content within the article.

This article here: https://community.articulate.com/series/elearning-challenges/articles/converting-static-content-to-interactive-knowledge-checks-7

provides a link to another article, "Transform Static Content Into Interactive Knowledge Checks" which is broken (404 page not found error). It's trying to go here: https://www.articulate.com/blog/transform-static-content-interactive-knowledge-check/

Please consider adding a link on the main landing page of the website for reporting things we want to help you with, instead of opening a product support case, or starting a new discussion. The pull down menu for posting a discussion also asks for a specific to a product or Building better courses, which doesn't apply but can't be blank.

the link found at the very bottom (related content) takes me to david's similiar article on interactive e-learning, and that works fine.  https://community.articulate.com/articles/transforming-static-content-into-interactive-e-learning-424

thank you.
