Free images

Hi all,

Are the resources in the Downloads section of this site, of the sites listed above, available for use in courses we "sell" as an educational institution?  How about for use in a MOOC (massive open online course) seen by tens of thousands of students around the world?  The "Limited Use" agreement on the Articulate "Terms of Use" page implies these resources cannot be altered, distributed or sold....argument could be made that elearning developers regularly do all three of these (particularly the "sold" part, if working for a school with paid tuition).  Any guidance here?

I'm eager to know the answer to Bonnie's question too - I'd like to use some of the images in a free booklet on student evaluation (internal to my university) and I need to be sure that I'm not infringing copyright by using them.

I know this is an old thread, but I am looking for cutout of military personnel in uniform.  Any ideas?  Worth a try!
