I've a custom timer running in my course. I need help with passing the custom timer data to the LMS. How can one possibly do that? I'm aware there's a workaround that sends variable to an LMS using a "Short answer - Survey" slide. But I don't think it can send numerical data(?). Can someone let me know if this can be done using any other methods or using Java Script? I Would be very grateful if someone has the solution.
Thank you, Matthew. I did try that, It works perfectly fine with flash version. But when testing the HTML5 version, The slide does not advance automatically as set in the trigger panel. Any thoughts?
Thanks you. Appreciate your timely help, Matthew. This is a much needed requirement from my client. Or, are there any ways to send the variables to the LMS using a custom java script?
Matthew, Tried My best and I couldn't get it to work :-/ It works only if the variable stays unmodified(i.e without any assignment,add/sub, etc). Is there a way to send the variable using javascript?

Thanks.
I tried them on Chrome and Firefox and also on mobile safari using SCORM cloud.
I'm attaching the storyline file with this message. Thank you Matthew

Thanks a million for taking your time to work on it Matthew. I will work from scratch to see if I find any solution.
Regards.
The Timer was paused for this slide. There are about 30 slides before this one on which the timer runs :)

Even with the version you sent, It doesn't work if I modify the numeric Variable. Been Stuck on this since 2 days. No solutions yet!
Thanks for the support, Matthew, I'll give that a try :)
