Summer break came and now there is more free time for teachers. How to use this time effectively? Careful planning? Self-improvement? Future e-courses design? how do you use it?
Or you can take online free course, 7 - 8 weeks is usually enough to finish it. There are great online courses available at coursera, personally I'm amazed by range of available courses - anything from music, culture, art, up to biology, chemistry, mathematics and much more.

I've heard that an important area to update with is (in the US) Common Core Math Standards.
There is a key eLearning program for teachers relating to this at www.commoncoremaththinking.org

I second the taking online courses! Check out some of these sites:
- Coursera
- Udemy
- SkillShare
- Lynda
- Treehouse
What's a "break"?
It's when, in a rare free moment you step, blinking into your unfamiliar garden, trip up and break something.
It can be hard to squeeze a professional development course in there, eh? :P
Thank you for your suggestions!
