From what I gather, you've created some screencasts and you'd like to share them. How did you create your screencasts? Did you use Screenr, or did you use the screen recording tool in Storyline? If you're working with a Storyline project, you might want to check out this post on how you can share your Story files on Google drive: How to share your e-learning course for free with Google Drive.
If you record a screencast using our recording tool Screenr (www.screenr.com) you'll notice that there is actually a "Publish to YouTube" option, and a "Download the mp4" option.
