Bob makes a great point; there are two distinct skill-sets here. One is instructional design, regardless of the intended mode of delivery. The second is production in an e-learning tool, like Articulate Presenter or Storyline.
If you're already experienced as an instructional designer, beware of courses that are labeled for e-learning design that are nothing more than plain old instructional design courses.
You'd be better off looking for a production or graphic design workshop.

Hi Simonne,
Could you share a bit more about your request perhaps?
For example, Would these be veteran IDs who are new to e-learning or someone fairly new to the entire field?
With a bit more info I'm betting you will get some great recommendations.

I am planning on taking a course for Storyline 2.
What I am looking for is instructional design for someone to new to design.
