Hi Vijay! Welcome to the forums. Do you already have Storyline or are you looking for what tool to buy? If you give us a little more detail, we can point you in the right direction. For example, do you need to know HOW to create a simulation, quiz, etc. with Storyline?
I'm sorry if I misunderstood your meaning but if you're asking if Storyline can do these things, then yes it can. It does support the languages you listed and allows for easy export, translation and import. There was a great example a little while back of how someone used the drag and drop feature to simulate writing Chinese characters. It's a very powerful tool. Mix that with some creativity and you can find some way to do just about anything.
thanks for response, all that what i need that whether articulate takes of all these inserting writing practice for the users [two screens- left how to write, flash and right side screen user has to practice using mouse]. we are just started to do this for our local community to learn foreign languages at a affordable cost.
From what I understand, you have PPTs that you needs to convert to eLearning. The learner should be able to type their responses (writing practice) on the right side of the screen.
If this is the case, I think Storyline may be right the tool for you.
