Greetings from NZ where we've just begun a national lockdown for 28 days. I'd love to create the equivalent of an advent calendar so people can open one panel a day, but I'm hopeless with javascript, etc. Does anyone have a download of an advent calendar that I can use in Storyline 3, so I don't have to enter script?
Hi, Allison. Yes, I saw all the JavaScript suggestions, but my ineptitude and seclusion brain won't let me grasp the solution and put it into practice. Hopefully someone might have an actual storyline program that I can download. Cheers, Frances
I feel you! I am super intimidated by JavaScript as well. I had a second look around the community and stumbled upon this old download, so I thought I'd share it in case you can adapt it for your needs. If not, hopefully a community member will have share something else you can use!
Hi, Nancy. Will give Michael's file a go tomorrow. At the very least it will occupy my mind while we're locked down in the house! Thanks for sourcing it for me. If I get it to work, I'll share it.
Thanks, David. I looked at the downloaded example and I think it's within the range my limited skills can adapt. Will post the calendar if/when I get it developed.

Hi Frances,
I'm no JavaScript expert so I can't confirm this works, but I found a possible solution in this thread.
I hope that works for you! If not, maybe hopefully someone else in the community will be able to help you out.

Hello Frances, Michael Hintz created an advent calendar in Storyline a few years back and provided the source file. I don’t know if it still works but you can check it out here: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/building-better-courses/free-advent-calendar-for-storyline-2

Here is a calendar that doesn't use JavaScript, but you would need to edit the titles and move around the days.
It is day 14 for me so any distraction at this point is welcome.
Thanks, Richard. Will have a look.

If you want some distractions, Nancy, have a look at some of my online stories, The Adventures of Chipster https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpGsiWjNffQ&feature=youtu.be and The Curse of Competence http://bit.ly/CurseofCompetence . Or if you are really bored, delve into De-volution to see why I'm very worried we'll all even be more cave-brained when this is all over http://bit.ly/de-vol
Some of the code in my example here might be of use: https://www.4-pt.co.uk/2019/02/12/date-locking-content-in-storyline-360/

That's great, I look forward to seeing how you get on.
