The initial Selections (Breed size, etc...) are selectors that simply change the State of the image. They also control variables related to each of the Selections.
Each of the pop-ups could be on a layer, with the text in states. There's a trigger to indicate which text state to show based on the Selections. You click the + sign, it goes to the appropriate layer and shows the appropriate text based on the Selections.
Quite a bit of work to do, but not overly complex I don't think.
