Good morning everyone I'm having problems with one of my articulate projects. I publish them as an HTML file but my audience cannot open the files. They get a spinning circle. Can anyone give advice? My project officially launches on Tuesday so I'm in panic mode.
1. Where is the published course housed (on a server, or on an LMS)
2. What publish settings are you using -- for example, Web or LMS, etc.
3. If you haven't already, you might try publishing to Articulate Review and see if people can access. Another option is scorm cloud, which some developers at my org use to test files.
I think it is because a lot of browsers are blocking Flash unless you specifically enable it the browser settings. The HTML output is built on Flash. If you are using Storyline 3 or 360 you can get around this by using the HTML5/Flash option or the HTML5 only option.
