I am looking for a good source for statistics on how eLearning compares to traditional classroom or live learning in terms of adult learning metrics like retention, carry-over to practical skills, engagement, etc. Are there some starting points that you might have? I know there's plenty of papers published on the subject, but I wondering if you have a few recommendations identified. That way it would me help weed out the practical from the more academic.
