Hi Everyone, I am looking for some additional ideas for teaching procedures (such as workflows) in an eLearning setting. I am already using diagrams, action tables, decision tables, and flow charts. Scenarios are not appropriate for this type of training (technical training). I am seeking additional ideas on methods I can use.
Sorry Katelin, but I have no knowledge of Salesforce. But if this is a systems implementation with how to training, I do a lot of that type of stuff with video simulations where I give walk-throughs of the process to follow. I've also created some system simulations where participants have to correctly navigate the system in the training module.

How about demos and try-outs?
Kind regards,

It really depends on the material that you are trying to present. It would help if we had some additional information.
Workflow procedures. Think salesforce. I can't be more concrete but it is a SaaS.

Does that help any?
Dave
