Hi, I am almost positive I've seen this template in the past, but cannot find it at this time. I really want to use it in my project and have literally spend hours looking at templates trying to find it, but cannot find it. It is pretty basic to start and I believe starts out blue and white. On one section is has topics listed horizontally in the 2/3 right section with small plus signs shown just after the topic title (right aligned). You click on the plus sign and the text box expands to full summary text box and the plus sign is now a minus sign. I have screenshots I am attaching. Would be grateful if someone is able to point me to where I can find that template.

That's the accordion block in Rise 360. If you have Articulate 360, you have access to that.
If you want that in Storyline, you have to build it. But it's easy enough to do. There are quite a few accordion demos and downloads in the community if you search.

Looks like there's 23 different downloads. Good place to start.
