Tools to embed web form / poll question that emails / tracks results

I'm considering recording a PPT in Articulate Studio so the viewer can navigate & search the content -- instead of just having a static video of the content being delivered. I want to have places with interactive poll questions like we do when we deliver live with GoToWebinar. We don't have an LMS.

It would be pretty clumsy to use a tool like SurveyMonkey to make one question surveys to embed in each presentation if I only want to deliver one question at a time. Do you know of any other tools out there that would be good at embedding poll questions into Articulate that can email us / track the responses?

I've never used Google Forms. Thoughts on it for this purpose? The audience will be prospects in the lead gen cycle... not existing customers. Not sure if that matters.
