We are changing our branding and so all of our E-Learnings have to be updated. Is there a better/faster way to update slides then to pull the audio from the existing E-Learnings and attaching them to the new slides??
Hi Elizabeth, could you just change the master template and leave everything else alone? If you've created a new template, you can import it, then re-assign all the current screens to the new formats. Then remove the old template from the slide master. Or you can just redesign the current slide masters to change all the screens.
Not unless the audio is on the master. If you import the new template and use the drop-down to change the layout, all your assets should remain on the slide. I change layouts all the time when I copy/paste slides from one file to another, and I haven't lost any audio files doing that.
