Video hosting opportunities
Nov 07, 2011
Dear all.
Has anybody ever tried embedding videos into Articulate through a stand-alone video hosting website?
I am in the process of testing it out whether it is possible to embed a movie file through a separate video hosting website (i'm trying out a website called Wistia) as oppose to the Flash Movie embedding option through Articulate. The aim is to try and have a high quality video included without adding a large amount of MB's to the final presentation/published folder. Currently I have presentations with movies included however the final file size can be quite high which of course has an affect on publishing speed and sharing capabilities. Wistia creates a embed code which is able to be included in the coding for websites, however I am not sure whether this is possible to be included within Articulate, and if so, where the code would be inserted.
I hope I have explained myself well. If anybody has tried something similar through Wistia or other video hosting websites I would be very interested to hear of the outcome.
Thank you for your help.
Harj

I'm trying this but to no avail!
I was able to create a complete project using Imbed code from Wistia. This works for me, just change the video code to yours!
