Hello Everyone! Just curious to see what software(s) or hardware (s) everyone uses to record soft skill interactions and screen captures to then insert in to Articulate?
I like Camtasia because you can use it to edit regular video as well as use it for screen recordings and editing. Once you save the videos (export to MP4 or other video format) you can load it to Articulate.
Thanks, Rachel! The issue we are currently having is demonstrating a system's process. Employees are saying that the videos are showing up small (presumably within the player). Are you also having that issue? Also, I'm on Articulate Studio and not Storyline. Not sure if that matters.
I don't find that I have that problem with Camtasia, no. I use Storyline, but I don't know that Studio would make a difference. Make sure that you are recording and saving them at a higher resolution. Do you have a screenshot of what they look like?
