For years now we have been told that there are "bugs" or shortcomings within the various programs built by Articulate but some of these issues continue to not allow designers to fulfill our duties when receiving Federal money and meeting 508 compliance. Why can accessibility not be built-in from the start like it is for other software? Why is Articulate not aware of what is and is not a good modality to have these programs work?
