Has anyone tried creating character packs for Storyline using pre-purchased character packs from eLearning Art or similar sites?
We already have several character packs that we've procured from eLearning Art and similar sites, and would love to access them--characters and poses--from within Storyline while working on courses. The idea is to have something similar to the character packs sold specifically for Storyline.
Looking forward to ideas and suggestions from the community!
There's not really a built-in way to bring your own character packs into Storyline's library, but David put together a video of a cool way to create your own character packs. Check it out:
I'm actually in the process of creating custom characters that can be embedded into the application like the current characters are. You will be able to choose a pose and expression.
I would recommend following suggestions from the Articulate staff. We contacted Articulate a few months ago and they were clear that they were not opening up Storyline to 3rd party widgets.
You should check out Bryan's characters that are pre-built as Storyline templates: http://elearningart.com
