Articulate Rise image functionality issue with Internet Explorer and Edge
Dec 20, 2019
Hi everyone,
I hope someone might be able to help!
I'm having an issue with my images not being available in Articulate Rise, when using Internet Explorer or Edge. They work fine in Chrome and Firefox.
In short: A course, designed in Articulate Rise and hosted in Moodle, has one of the functionality not working any more in IE & Edge, both on Windows 7 and Windows 10.
The feature in question – Images in the course are not displaying, as they have the added “Zoom” function – you click on the image to expand it full screen. Images without this function are still displaying fine in other courses on IE and Edge.
I've attached 2 screen grabs from Chrome, showing how it's supposed to work and 1 from IE, showing the issue.
There are no issues with Chrome or Firefox. IE was fine when the course was tested about a month or so ago.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Ivan,
Thanks for reaching out here and for opening a support case! I see that Mark recently sent you instructions for sending over a copy of your course for testing. Please let us know if you have any questions about those steps!
