So of course I found it a minute after I posted my question. :) Maybe the position has moved, though, the 3 dots for me are more in the middle of the course card - under the course header or image. Thanks for the help you would have given me! :)
Hi. I can't seem to email my lesson to another user. It's always stuck at the screen where I key in the email address and it says that it's sending but nothing happens. Is there something wrong with the system?
The Rise.articulate.com site is working normally (you can always check by going to https://www.articulatestatus.com/) - but I'm curious what browser you're working in?
I do not see the three dots with the feature to make a copy of a RISE course. The course was created by someone else and shared with me. Does that make a difference? I'd like to use it as a template.
Did they send you a copy of it, or invite you as a collaborator? The latter option wouldn't allow you to create a new copy of the course as you're all working on the same course.
Hello, when you duplicate a course, does the Activity ID change?
I duplicated a course and tried to upload the duplicated course to an LMS to replace the original course and I kept getting the message 'could not find a tincan package with the same activity ID'
Hey guys, I was able to duplicate a course that was already on RISE when I logged in for the first time BUT I can't duplicate the course that has been shared with me. I have been able to duplicate the lessons within that course but not able to see option to duplicate the whole course.
Anyone know whether the person who shared with me may need to something extra to allow it?
It shouldn't take more than a minute to duplicate a course. If the process seems stuck, refresh your Rise 360 browser window. Let me know if that resolves it!
If you are a course manager, however, why can't you do everything the owner can do relative to duplicating the course and re-branding as another course?

Hi Sandra! If the original author added you as a collaborator, you won't be able to duplicate the course.
You can ask the author to send you a copy of the course, and then you'll have your own independent copy that you can duplicate. I hope that helps!
Hello - how long does it usually take to duplicate a course in Rise 360? Mine has been "spinning" for about 2 minutes

Can you copy a course to someone in another company or organization?

As long as they have a Rise 360 account, you can email a copy of a course to someone else.
Even if they are not under the same license?
