Current Customer looking for access to old content
Hello,
I currently use Articulate 360 through my company. At one point did contract work for the company and I had my own subscription to Articulate 360. Due to having an account with my company I let my old membership slip. Is there a way to access my old content, that is used in my company's content from that old account? I hope that all makes sense!

How long ago did your personal Rise account lapse?

I would contact support, I believe you have six months, but suspect they may keep backups longer
