What is the error message you get when attempting to publish?
What LMS standard are you currently using? (LMS settings in Rise 360 are: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC, xAPI, cmi5)
Could you please create a screen recording of what you are experiencing when publishing so we can take a closer look? Feel free to share this in this thread or privately in a support case.
