Error uploading images to Rise

I keep getting an error when uploading an image - any image - to Rise 360.

I have: 

  • Checked the image size
  • Restarted my computer
  • Restarted Rise
  • Signed out of Rise 
  • Cleared my cache and cookies
  • Restarted my computer again

I am on deadline, please help?

All systems are operational for Articulate 360 today, which means there's a possibility that the issue you're experiencing is isolated to your network or organization. As a troubleshooting step, please ask your IT team to ensure that all network endpoints listed in this article are accessible and added to their allowlist. 

If adding the endpoints doesn't fix the issue, please open a case with our support team here so we can look at what's happening.
