I'm creating custom gifs in Photoshop and would like to embed them in Rise as full sized images.
I'm running into an issue when I try to export the Gif from Photoshop and embed it into Rise.
Currently, my GIFs are too large but when I try to make them smaller in photoshop, they are either still too large or come out grainy. I'm not entirely sure what size my GIF needs to be in order for it to properly fit.
Hi Eric! Tell me more about how the GIFs are too large. Do you mean that Rise 360 will not allow the file to be uploaded because it is over the max file size of 5GB?
Or, are the dimensions of the GIF too large? If you're trying to optimize the dimensions, which block type are you uploading the GIF files to?
