Using Articulate Rise terminology, at the highest level you have a Rise Course, which in turn consists of Lessons, which consist of blocks.
Sections in Rise relate to labels that you can add to your list of Lessons to help group and organize them.
Then regarding your question about searching, the only way you can search a course is when previewing the course as a student and the search option is turned on. Is that what your question relates to?
