I have create a site in Rise, however the trial period ran out but I exported the content out. (I now have a different account) I have the html and the zipped rile. Question - is there any way I can import the Rise content into a new Rise site without copying and pasting the whole site?
We'll keep your Rise 360 courses on our servers for at least six months after your subscription expires. This means you'll have access to them again if you renew your subscription later. (We don't preserve Rise 360 shared block templates when a subscription expires.)
After six months, we'll permanently delete your Rise 360 courses, and we won't be able to restore them.
Can you tell me more about what you had in mind? If two authors need to share courses with each other, the send a copy feature could be just what you need.

Thanks for the answer Alyssa!

I’ll ask you to clarify this phrase, it is not clear to me.
Hello, Evgeniy!
This video explains what block templates are. Let me know if that clarifies things!
Hello everyone,
How can I import a Scorm12 course file into my rise articulate account?
Thanks!
Hi Jonathan,
What course file do you have? Just the SCORM 1.2 zip file?
That's correct I have a zip file.
Hi Jonathan,
Unfortunately Rise does not provide the functionality to import a SCORM 1.2 zip file and turn it into an editable Rise course.
This feature would make a lot of people very happy, but it's currently not possible.
Aw, that's a shame. Hopefully, they will update this in the future. Thanks for taking the time to reply!
Have a great day,
John
hi Alyssa - how can you exchange courses between two active Articulate accounts?
Hi Simon!
Can you tell me more about what you had in mind? If two authors need to share courses with each other, the send a copy feature could be just what you need.
Let me know if you had something else in mind!
Hi there,
Same question here. How would I import the SCRM ZIP file into the platform again? The trial is going to expire soon.
Hi Roya,
What authoring tool did you use to create the SCORM zip file?
Was it created using Storyline 360?
Hi there, Roya. If you exported your Rise 360 course, you won't be able to upload it back into Rise 360 for authoring in the future.
We keep your courses for 6 months after your trial expires, so they'll be there with your Articulate ID if you can subscribe again in the near future!
awesome!
Hi, it's Rise 360.
Can Storyline 360 edit SCROM zip file?
Hi Roya,
No, Storyline 360 cannot edit a SCORM zip file.
If your trial is still active, you should still have access to the original and editable Rise course.
