When importing a Turkish translation, none of the Turkish special characters is displayed. I cannot find any settings in the Rise course that could be used to solve this issue. Is there any chance to adjust the XLIFF file in a way that the characters are correctly displayed?
Thanks for the hint! I checked that. The font we're using is a default font in Articulate Rise. And I checked with fonts.adobe.com where it lists Turkish as a supported language.
Hi Alyssa, thank your for your help. Uploading the complete Character family into Rise did actually help. We'll conduct another test run with the translation agency, but in our internal tests the Turkish special characters are now being displayed correctly :)
The test run with the agency did confirm that the issue has been solved. So that's a good thing!
I just don't get why Articulate doesn't include all graphs of the fonts that are provided as standard fonts within Rise 360. I guess other customers working with other languages than English face the same issue... Maybe it would be possible to change this in the future?

Does the font you are using in the course include the required Turkish special characters?
