I created contents in Rise 360 which is in my native language (Vietnamese). I chose Open Sans and Roboto fonts to be displayed, but they appeared not to work in Vietnamese and went error. Is there any way I can fix this?
I follow your instructions but it just showed correctly in editing mode. When I turned to Preview and Publish it went back to the error font. Here are screenshots.
Hi everyone! If you're using Roboto or Open Sans fonts in your courses, we've just updated those fonts to the latest version. Clear your browser cache to see the effect in your courses.

Hi there, Ryin. Can you try downloading the latest Google Font files here for Open Sans / Roboto? Here's how to add those new font versions to Rise 360.
Let me know if using those versions doesn't improve your text. Thanks!

I'm sorry those steps didn't work, Ryin Lyin!

Did we find a solution to Ryin's case above?
Hi Sijit! Tell us more about the issue you're running into. Are you trying to translate your course into another language? If so...
Hi Alyssa,
I use Vietnamese language too, and it was exactly the same problem like the post.
Have your team found the solution yet?
Pls share with me.
Thanks,
Tam.

I'm sorry about that. Right now, there isn't a way to customize the font in the sidebar menu. We'll let you know if we add that option in the future!
