We are using a Rise program in a Success Factors LMS, and although it will track progress if a user exits and returns to the course, when a user completes a course and returns, it starts over. Can you someone tell me why this is? We want the user to see the completed progress (or full completion) when they return.
This seems to be a problem with your LMS. We use a different LMS and Rise SCORM courses and when a user completes a course and returns to it, within the Rise Course it still shows their previous (fully completed) status.
If Articulate responds on this thread, they'll recommend using ScormCloud (free account) to test if this behavior is occurring there. As mentioned by Karl, it's functioning fine in his LMS..and I have access to Litmos/ViewCentral and Docebo (don't ask why lol) and completion status for courses upon a learner revisit is functioning fine for us in those systems (SCORM 2004 4th ed). It's probably time to work with the Success Factors support team on your issue.

If it's working correctly in Scorm Cloud, then it the problem likely stems from your LMS. I would contact your provider directly and see if they can help you get to the bottom of what's happening here.
