Rise - Content Library Problem

Hello,

Has anyone experienced an issue searching images in the content library?  I am getting a broken image icon when trying to look for images to insert into my project.  I have attached an image of what I am seeing.  I am experiencing the same issue when trying to select a cover photo. I have opened a ticket with Articulate Support - Case # 01237781.

Hi there Sean!

Thanks for letting me know you also opened a case. I see eloisa shared that port 443 must be open, and articulate.com should be allowed to access the resources included with your Articulate 360 subscription.
