Rise Cover Photo Pixelated

Hi,

My cover photo is appearing pixelated when I upload it into Rise as a cover photo. I've attached the photo here. Any advice/

    Hi Kandice,

    If this the actual file, it's way too small at  only 320 x 152 pixels.

    It needs to be way bigger in both width and height dimensions.

    Your image resolution is much too small to show up well as a cover photo. You need the largest resolution image possible for it to look good.

      Hi Mickey! We don't have a specific resolution for the cover photo in Rise 360. Rise content is fully responsive, which means images are automatically scaled up or down. We recommend using high-quality images in your Rise courses. Photos with a 1:3 aspect ratio should fit beautifully in the cover photo area.
