Currently we are facing an issue with the Interactive Process Block with the numbers below the Steps (check the picture attached)
If the participant is using a mobile phone they can't see the whole set of numbers (currenlty 38 steps) and they believe the total is much lesss than the reality
Is it possible to change this issue and show in the top right the max number of the steps?
Rise 360 automatically moves the numbers to show the remaining steps as soon as the learner approaches the end of the current set of steps shown:
If you'd like to avoid the confusion your learners are experiencing with the steps, you can add a "Continue" block to remind your learners to finish viewing all of the steps before being allowed to proceed. They'll see the numbers shift to reveal the remaining steps if they continue tapping on the numbers to view all the steps.
