A Rise text entry option

I found a Rise course that has a Block Library element that I had never seen or heard of before. You can write a question and below that is a text entry field. You enter your answer and click submit. When you do that, directly below the text entry field the example sentence or question is displayed and to the right is the correctly written or correct answer. I am attaching image captures of this functionality. I do not see any new block feature in the Block library that supports this activity. I love it. I think they created it in Storyline. Published to review 360. inserted a Storyline block in Rise and grabbed it from Review 360. What a great way to include this functionality into Rise.

Looks like a Storyline block
That was my second thought. Just after I posted my question I answered it myself. How do I build the Question part in Storyline?
Just create the slide/s in Storyline then publish to 360 and then insert into Rise. Don't forget to make the player chromeless so it doesn't have borders (unless that's the look you want) and remove the previous/next buttons
